​​​​​​The Kaleköy (293 MW/1293 GWh) and Beyhan (300 MW/1435 GWh) HEPP’s will generate totally 2,7 billion KWh power per year by using the 380 m head between the Muş Plain Outlet and the Keban Dam Reservoir on the Murat Tributary of the Euphrates River. The crete height (height of above thalweg) of the Aşağı Kaleköy Dam, which has an installed capacity of 450 MW, is 88 m.​

The Kaleköy Dam and HEPP, which will be constructed across the Murat River and have an installed capacity of 300 MW, will be constructed in the city of Bingöl. The crete height (height of above thalweg) of the Yukarı Kaleköy Dam is 137,5 m.

​​Cengiz Holding Headquarters, which was constructed in Altunizade District, one of the most important trade centres on the European Side in İstanbul, was constructed on a land of 2.500 m2 and has a construction area of 5.500 m2 in total, with 7 storeys above and under ground. The project, which was completed in 2012, is being used as the new Holding Management Centre.

​The Business Center which has a closed area of 26.772 m2 has 7 basements and 12 typical storeys. The following were carried out under the project: 200.000 m3 of excavation; 6.280 linear meters of mini pile; 18.922 linear meters of prestressed anchorage production.​

​​​​​​​​​​Cengiz Plaza, which was constructed in Maslak, the new trade centre of the European Side in İstanbul, has 18 storeys above ground and 6-storey underground car park and has a total area of 15,000 m2.​

​​The construction of the duel fuel mobile power plant, which has 132 MW installed power, also included the works of electromechanhical works, tank area construction, pipelines, switchyard and transmission line. Cengiz Enerji A.Ş. runs the power generation and sale of the plant.

Le Jardin Resort Hotel, which is located in Kemer in Antalya, was constructed on an area of 38,000 m2 in August 1998 and is one of the most comfortable and ideal holiday centres in the area. The hotel, which has private sandy and pebbled beach 200 m in length, was constructed with a capacity of 600 beds and is currently run by Cengiz Holding.​
