Cengiz İnşaat added a number of international projects to Black Sea Coastal Highway, Genç-Servi Highway and Istanbul-Şile-Ağva Highway. The Company built highways in Kazakhstan, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Bulgaria. Cengiz İnşaat’s projects completed abroad include Aktobe-Martuk Highway in Kazakhstan, Ljulin-Daskalovo Highway in Bulgaria, Altunkopri Highway in Arbil and Suhodol-Vlakavo-Tarcin Highway in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

1,608 km of roads and 178 tunnels with a total length of 288 km were built. The number of bridges and viaducts is 631 and the total length of viaducts is 91 km.

The 5C Corridor which is a part of the E5 European Motorway links Budapest with the Port of Ploce in Croatia through Osijek-Sarajevo. 337 km of totally 667-km access controlled corridor passes through Bosnia and Herzegovina, 110 km through Croatia and 220 km through Hungary. The Vlakovo-Tarcin section on the 5C Corridor, which is one of the most challenging parts of the Corridor, has been completed in year 2014 by our company and opened to service.

- Ljulin-Daskalovo Highway,

The Ljulin Motorway Project is a motorway 19 km in length, which was constructed to link Sofia Ring Road with E-79 and E871 Highways. E-79 is the main highway from Sofia to Greece in the south and a part of the Pan-European Transport Corridor IV. E-871 is the main highway between Sofia and Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) and a part of Corridor VIII. The project includes the following: 3 junctions; 26 bridges – viaducts (4556 m); and 3 tunnels (1270 m).

The following were completed under the project, where the total length of road is 42,606 km (2×2 lanes): 1.851.500 m3 of earthworks (Excavation + Fill); 319.501 m3 of sub-base and base courses; 366.277 m2 of bituminous base (12 cm); and 357.733 m2 of binder course (7 cm).

The completion works of Köstere River – Gümüşhane Road 31 km in length, which constitutes an important part of the Trabzon-Aşkale Road (DAP) (DOKAP) and the Gümüşhane Passage Road 11 km in length, which is an extension to Köstere River – Gümüşhane Road are covered by the Contract. The following were carried out under the project: 3.000.000 m3 of earthworks; 13 bridges with a total length of 2.675 m; 22 tunnels with a total length of 15.401 m; 700.000 tonnes of sub-base and base courses; 400.000 tonnes of hot bituminous mixture production.

- Genç-Servi Highway,

The town of Servi affiliated to Genç District, to which access is very difficult because of a route with excessive number of curves and narrow roads, will be accessed much more easily thanks to this project. The length of the Servi road, which is totally 33 km, will decrease to 23,5 km following 9,5 km shortening of road, from the junction on the Genç-Diyarbakır road.

Çayeli – Ardeşen – Hopa Road, which is one of the most important sections of the projects that will meet the increased traffic capacity of the Black Sea Coastal Road, is a 2×2 lane dual carriage way (36 km), and was designed to have been totally 77 km, with city passages being 2×3 lanes (41 km). As part of Çayeli – Ardeşen – Hopa Road, 67 prestressed beam bridges with a total length of 4.292 m, a considerable part of the foundations of which were constructed as bored pile in the sea, were constructed.
- Hopa-Kemalpaşa-Sarp Highway,

Hopa-Kemalpaşa-Sarp Road is 21 km long and the most challenging and important section of Eastern Black Sea Coastal Road with respect to constructional conditions. The project includes 7 tunnels with a total length of 3.050 m. The project was completed in 2003.
